::I'll make this easy

Fantastic ideas for Valentine's Day (Yes, I'm already thinking about it...I love my holidays!)

I love them all. The last one is prettier in the rose gold.
If I could only have one...I like the moon...*coughs...hear that Aaron...

::Excited!!

Aaron comes home today! He's going to look at the house today too. :)

Good times...

::umm...

I have to say that going over all the numbers and insurance and taxes and fees and whatever is a bit overwhelming. I can see why someone would get a real estate agent to help with this process...

::I told you so...

Yep. I knew it. It wasn't the first house I walked in...but pretty close. *sigh* I'm far too impulsive for my own good. Of course my mother getting all excited about it doesn't help either. Oh, and we found out we can get out of our lease anytime we want. Ok...I don't need to want the first thing I see...I don't need to want the first thing I see...

::more for me than you

A few pieces I'd like to have in my wardrobe:

Now if money was just never a factor...

::time for a change

The house is now very silent. The only noise made is that of my own making. There's an empty spot in the bed now and kitty is just not big enough to fill it. Errands must now be run alone, meals made just for one, items put away that only I've moved.

It's going to be like this for a while...

::just my taste

Happy New Year! It seems as though not much has changed this year, but the little things that have add up to big changes. I think their mostly internal. We're still in the same apartment, I'm still in the same job (*knocks on wood), still no babies, no more pets, no major changes. Aaron, however, had a bit of a ride this year. :) Thankfully it ended on a high note (thank you Lord!) for him. It's a little bit mixed for me. I'm obviously thrilled for him...but in this change, my time with him will take a serious beating. All things will work out...

So, the lovely Caitlyn has decided what her style is. It got me thinking. (Well, that and the 30 home decorating books I've been reading). It's been said that you don't necessarily need to define your style down to just one word...but think of many words that would define it and run with it. I think this would be the closest to mine:

With some minor alterations, of course. While some may think the color palette boring, I find it calming and tranquil. I love the mix of super modern furniture with the antiquey molding in the first picture. The japenese latern adds a nice touch. I'm not crazy about the huge piece of art on the mantle nor the pillow color choice...but the couches look sittable. Anyway, I'll try and find more of "my style" and show you because I know you just Have to know.

So, if you saw this picture, what would you say my style is?
