I have to say that going over all the numbers and insurance and taxes and fees and whatever is a bit overwhelming. I can see why someone would get a real estate agent to help with this process...
Yea.. it can get crazy.. and real estate was my major in college!! There's so many little fees that add up so quickly! Hope you guys find the perfect house! :)
hey--to answer your question from my blog: broom corn is on perkins extended. you've been to high point coffee, babcock gifts, etc..? it is right there in that parking lot.
