For whenever we get around to updating the stairs, here are a few of my ideas:

I'm leaning towards redoing the stairs like picture 5 and the railings like picture 1 or 4. And apologies for the unloading of the mass pictures this week :) Just had alot to share.

Chairs: (For the time being...I already have 4 wooden chairs and 2 "captain" chairs. I would put this finish on the 4 wooden chairs until I can afford the wire chairs):
