What do you guys think of painted floors? I have to say, I think if I had wood floors in my house, I'd be really tempted to do this. But would you just hate to loose that luster of natural wood? I guess the best thing here is that nothing is permanent. It could easily be changed....

There's painted floors in my room and honestly, I don't like them. They are painted chocolate brown! I would have much rather had the real wood. Another flooring option to consider is polished brick. My parents have that in their den and it's really pretty.
REally? You think it'd be easy to go from the painted back to a refinished hardwood? I wouldn't know, but it sounds like a huge chore.
Yah, I wouldn't want my floors painted to look like wood. I would want them painted a different color, like white.
And Lee, I guess what I mean by easy is doable :) Yes...it would def. take alot of work but it wouldn't be hard. It would just take some time.
