I think I'm leaning a little more towards something like this so it doesn't seem quite so "this is my fouton". Plus they're only $30 a piece!

I love those bolster pillows! Great for the neck. I had one with my old bedspread, but now I don't. I think Anthropologie has some good ones? And of course Horchow, but none of that stuff would match your style. I had no idea BB and B sold AB. Fun!
